Seller worked out all my concerns to my satisfaction. I was able re gift this to my neighbor and they love it. The color and size was not good for my decor. As I look at it their Home, its a very beautiful piece.This shelf until is incredibly sturdy and I'm so happy with it. The supports are heavy duty metal and provides so much extra storage in my kitchen! A few tips about assembly: the instructions are mostly drawings and would have benefited from a little shading for frame of reference. Use a drill to assemble it and it will go MUCH faster and easier than with a screwdriver. And don't screw the screws in all the way until you are certain each piece is going together correctly. I learned the hard way that you should pay close attention to which direction the screw holes should be facing when assembling the pieces. If they're facing out when they should be facing in, the whole will be impossible to put together. Also, some of the pre-drilled holes in the shelf pieces don't match up with the holes in the metal frame. I solved this by making sure that I could match up at least 2 holes per shelf, and then just ignored the others. That hasn't affected the sturdiness at all since you only really need to hold the shelf pieces in place. Highly recommend this unit!Looks great, and is the perfect size for my smaller kitchen! All the pieces are sturdy, everything needed came with the kit, and all holes lined up no issue. Directions may be a little vague for people who aren’t used to putting things like this together, but I was able to do it with no issue by myself and it didn’t take too long. Only bigger downside was that there were a few dents in one of the vertical pieces, but overall a great piece!Sturdy,shelves are nicely made, fits very well in the spot I had for it. My husband and I are very pleased with this product.Unable to complete 1st step of assembly due to part 3 being welded severely crooked at attachment joint. Contacting seller to see if replacement part can be shipped.
