First of all, let's rate the seller. If the seller remains Cymax, congratulations, this person is 10/10 in support, very responsive, very detailed, not aggressive, and we definitely struggled getting this set over to me.Now let's rate the delivery. This will come in two separate boxes with the three shelf being no problem. The issue is the five-shelf, it is over the typical limit (but under the max limit) for FedEx Ground, which is a terrible service. I waited nearly a month because FedEx Ground would get it, not want to deliver it, mark it as damaged (despite it "sitting on a delivery truck" for several days), and then try to return it. They don't want to.Now let's rate the end product. They come out exactly as the pictures show. You got these because you specifically wanted this design with these number of shelves with these measurements. The doors open and close beautifully and everything fits properly (which is an issue with some other cabinets). Now for the assembly. I assembled both of these by myself, I am not very skilled at building, and they each took 1-1.5 hours. This is where we're losing a point because there is a genuine nightmare here. The three-shelf is no problem. You follow the instructions, it's really not rocket science. The five-shelf, though, there are two points that should be considered. First, do NOT tighten (just leave things "barely connected") the top panel until you are completely done with this. Until it's all put together, there is seemingly a lot more wiggle room (it all works out in the end so it doesn't feel loose or too much spacing, but that's the very end) to allow for everything to fit and get settled. This means you can suddenly lose things that are supposed to hang from the top panel or things can suddenly fall out of place. Just be aware. The second point is that the instructions need to be modified oh-so-slightly. Before you actually do the first step (or immediately after it's done), GO AHEAD and install the little plastic stoppers that the glass shelves will rest on into the vertical bars. This is something like Step 4 or 5 and when the glass walls are up, this turns into a real nightmare. By installing these ahead of time, you not only keep them straight, but installation is super easy, and then when you DO install the vertical bars, you can keep them better aligned as this presents another weird issue I didn't like. When you install the vertical bars into the bottom panel, no matter how tight you get it, they are loose and wobbly and will twist out of alignment. This is sort of expected when you consider how thin they are vs how long they are, but you should be prepared for this. And when you put the top panel on, depending on how tight the vertical bars are, you'll notice some obvious "it's not quite straight." Again, this will all fix itself in the very end (because everything fits just right), but man is it stressful. Also, the plastic corners that the glass walls go into are too elastic at the joining part. This means that when you put the back wall into them first (as you're instructed to do) and THEN put the side walls in, the back wall goes in easily but the side walls are too tight, so you need a good deal of (careful) force to get them in. This is likely the overall weight of the glass because this effect isn't present in smaller curios, and I suspect it won't happen if you put the SIDE walls in first. You'll need your own screwdriver by the way, which is pretty standard (but some of these come with a cheap screwdriver; this does not). All in all, it all works, it's all packaged properly to prevent cracks and breaks, the instructions were not unclear. I recommend it if you can get it delivered.
